Fails to make weight is a clickbait title when we all know to legit miss weight you have to miss it 2hrs after the initial weigh in. Sure he technically "missed weight" on the first attempt, but "missing weight" in boxing means more than just missing it on that first attempt you also have to miss it after they give you the 2hr period.
And secondly because the OP said that Tank "missed weight" after given two hours which is clearly bs as we know now.
