It would be pretty crazy though. Guaranteed fireworks.

I was thinking exactly this today. I see Gervonta sparking him out of there in 6 or 7. It would be a fun fight, though, while it lasted.

I think that is a bad match-up for an old Salido. Davis is the kind of fighter that makes an old fighter feel their age, he is fast, physical and goes to the body hard.

Generally not good for an older fighter, because they can;t compete on that level with a younger fresher guy.

Give the kid a little time before he's in there with the Roman's, Miura's and Solidos. I want to see him have a good career.

Salido might be shot. Maybe people haven't been paying attention but he's just been in some serious wars recently and had to sit on the shelf for a while. Still, I'd like to see how Davis handles a dog fight like that. A fight where you can't just rely on clean boxing because you might get anything and everything thrown at you.
