who cares. im sure plenty of fighters get black eyes in sparring, anyone can walk into a shot. even if you fight a bum for 12 rounds often they manage to land a couple of half decent shots that mark you up.

If its true (and I have never doubted this story or the Broner one) g we need to give him a little credit given his age at the time. yes its sparring so we don't go overboard.

Floyd as much as i didnt like him as a person is an ATG (very high as well on those lists) and Spence is MILES away and thats where we stand , all this reaching is making me hurt my back.

This is so dumb. What if a boxer is trying out something new to implement in his next fight? You can't base anything off of sparring which is basically practice. Yet the *******s are creaming themselves about it. Freaking dumb.

For me he needs to win vs Brook to be considered elite WW , first test also a BIG one , if he makes it through he is the goods !!!!! before he wins it he is a prospect , Loma is past the prospect phase as he won against very good fighters + champs + 2 time gold medalist with 1 loss true but a loss is not the end of the world , the wins are important as well and Spence doesn't have them yet.
