Since De la Hoya was Mayweather's promoter for hire, wasn't he partly responsible for this blueprint he's now despising. And before anyone says Mayweather was calling the shots do we blame Canelo for bringing Golovkin in the ring and then go on to fight Smith and Chavez Jr?

Fighters who have to shift a lot of weight close to their fight do ,but Mayweather does not have a big problem making weight so it was very suspect, and what makes it worse is he's the worst for accusing other fighters of juicing, particularly around 2009 when the Pacquiao fight should of happened. He created the mentally of all about buisness with no honour or glory, now we've got great risky fights again, Joshua, Klitschco brought the buzz back in the UK, in a massive way, they didn't have to tell lies about each other etc,now we've got Brook,Spence, and Canelo, GGG,happy dayz

He can't say anything right now because what is there to say? Canelo and GGG are fighting in a REAL fight and have sealed the September date. He cannot compare his garbage fight with McGregor to Canelo/GGG. Floyd will get his 50th win and hopefully stick to promoting. Eventually someone breaks the 50-0 record and he will be remembered as a guy who never fought an A-class fighter in their prime and ended his career in a way that put the cherry on top of his cherry-picked career.

The same McGregor who Oscar said should fight Canelo? Or was that a different McGregor?
