Hasn't Tim Bradley been out of boxing even longer then Khan???

Who were they supposed to ask to fight an eliminator for the VACANT spot? Anybody not named Bradley?

Don't think so, remember that this is a weltwerweight title not a 155 catchweight title, and not an unranked opponent title (Chris Algieri).
Last time Bradley fought a ranked welter was Pac, when was the last time Amir fought one?
