Top Rank keeps a decent boxer like Viktor Postol inactive

Inactivity is ruining fighters. All these good fighters with nothing scheduled, or a year in between fights, is pathetic to say the least. This affects almost all fighters in boxing, not just a few.

One decision loss, and Viktor Postol has been kept inactive now for nearly a year by Bob Arum (hasn't fought in 10 months and has nothing scheduled).

There are a lot of interesting fight that could be made involving Postol, but old Arum is just letting him waste away.

He will be activated as soon as arum needs him to lose at 140 to one of his top guys. Maybe benevidez or Jose Ramirez.

lol you think it would be any different for postol if he was under another promoter? that's how it is these days you take a loss you are out for awhile coupled with the fact that postol's style isn't fan friendly I can see why they are in no rush to bring him back.

Ward and Mayweather's styles are not fan-friendly either.
