Crawford has almost no chance to lose. Diaz isn't very good and he should be fighting someone better than Diaz. I don't think the great 130 pound Loma would take a fight with Pacquiao unless Pacquiao agreed to come down to 135 or at the least 140.

Diaz isn't Molina and I think he's slightly better than postol , Crawford should have a easy night tho.

          This.

Whatever happens with Crawford vs Diaz there are no ramifications for Loma due to that outcome.

Who was the best fighter available for Crawford to fight? Diaz is the 2nd or 3rd best in the division.

If Lomo really wanted the chance, he could probably be fighting Pac right now at 140. The fact that he balked at it then means to me that hell never fight Pac. We don't even know how he'll look above 130 anyway.

I think it's safe to say Diaz is a better version of Gamboa and would be more active than Postol. He's also a real 140 guy who had a close fight with a veteran like Peterson. So we should at least expect a more competitive and entertaining fight. I'm expecting Crawford to run and clinch in this fight.

This is right, Lomo is not going to 147 and Manny cannot make 140, remember the reason why he wanted Algeiri at 144 CW, they said at the time he was testing if he can go to 140.

140 has never eventuated fancy that lol, it was another BS story from Team Pac too justify another CW that forces an opponent to the special Manny weight class.

True, forgot about that, I had actually figured he'd be able to make 140. Maybe he could for the right guy. I think he'll probably fight and lose to Crawford in Nov, after Crawford beats Diaz and Indongo. After that, you'd figure it would have to be nothing but lightweights at a CW for Manny, however that would work. I could see him fighting Mikey Garcia.
