The interview is very vague obviously because BS articles aren't Q and A's so we don't get to see what is asked. But if you read the article you see that he was probably asked a question about GGG-Brook where Brook was stopped and at MW they use 10oz gloves. Spence is probably implying that he too is very powerful and with 8oz gloves he can stop him like GGG stopped him with 10oz gloves.
