At that point, as it turned out, his power didn't translate into as much of a threat as it later did at MW. He probably should've taken at least 1 or 2 fights first at 160 before going against one of the all-time great MWs.
You can see the promoter(s) are working overtime trying to get some interest in this one. My guess is the Aussys will pack em in the stadium, but how will it sell on TV? I have doubts.
As for The Beast, holy moly was he ever a freight train in the ring. Used to luv watching his fights. Mickey Duff (R.I.P.) said once that he knew when Mugabi was broke and would return to the ring... he called Duff collect. Ha
And make no mistake though, Hagler would tell you that Mugabi was one of the hardest punchers he ever faced, along with Roldan and Hearns.
