There's no reason to hate on Russell just because he wants to face Lomachenko, he is a world class athlete, a competitive athlete and is clear that he doesn't like to lose.
In the other hand, the lack of heart for the sport makes me believe that is better that he just should cash himself, he doesn't want a legacy and i was a huge fan even before Lomachenko, but his heart isn't in the game.
He actually did a Q&A with the fans and a lot of them asked him about his love for the sport and he really avoided the question.
