I don't see how guys like Wach and Hammer are considered below the like of Whyte and Chisora who really are on the same level, poor.

Teper is an AVERAGE skill,no power mediocre fighter. You just dont look at resume anyway you LOOK at what a fighter is actually capable of and in 22 fights Whyte is well beyond Wachs abilities to get better wins than a 6'7 punching bag who would not beat MOST guys in top 20.
