He delayed the testing until less than month before Lemieux and Wade. He was in the clean boxing program for the Brook and Jacobs fights.

No. Only reason JACOBS survived was he had a 6am weigh in friday night in order to pack on weight till 11pm Saturday night. Skipping the weigh in Saturday to further replenish was the reason and Jacobs was a good 188-190lbs by fight time. Ask Victor Conte who admmited it.
