No. Only reason JACOBS survived was he had a 6am weigh in friday night in order to pack on weight till 11pm Saturday night. Skipping the weigh in Saturday to further replenish was the reason and Jacobs was a good 188-190lbs by fight time. Ask Victor Conte who admmited it.
