This is not true, Furry is the champ. However does Furry not have an obligation to fight within a period of time I know Ring magazine rules determine he has to, in terms of lineage that's not broken until he chooses to retire or is determined a proven drug cheat for which he is under investigation for.

Kind of true. Kind of not. Fury isn't exactly considered "active" right now, but once he's in shape, cleared of the doping charges, and mentally fit, then AJ absolutely has to beat him. You just wonder what Fury will return. For the sake of the glamour division, you hope he's as good as he was.
