golovkin. i'm sure you could ask canelo under a polygraph and he'd either tell you the truth, or have the thing going crazy from all the lying it is detecting
those two have sparred a decent amount.
canelo's people did a good job at convincing the world he wasn't a middleweight, but he's been one for a while now. he just murdered himself to make 155 lbs to let golovkin get older.
i'm honestly starting to lean toward canelo winning the fight on points. i think he can go 12 if he's smart [which he has proven to be,] and we know he'll get the favor of the judges in close rounds. always has.
golovkin has been looking older and he's slower to pull the trigger than he used to be. he's in his mid 30's and his style was never going to lend itself to a long career, especially after 350 amateur fights.Comment

Chavez Jr. has been in the ring with both and feels GGG is the harder puncher. That in itself doesn't mean he wins this. I happen to think Canelo has one of the best chins in the business. He walked right through Cotto's punches (though Canelo was probably 20 lbs heavier that night) and I've yet to see him truly hurt by an opponent, though he has had a size advantage in all but one of his fights. I don't see him getting knocked out, and GGG will have to fight for a full 12 rounds if he wants to win a decision over Canelo regardless where the fight is held.Comment

Obviously Golovkin, you could probably convince some casuals that Canelo hits as hard or harder because he has a nice highlight reel and KO of the year in 2015 and 2016 but anyone who knows the context will know that don't tell the whole story.Comment
