Comments Thread For: Felix Diaz is Planning To Bring a "War" To Terence Crawford

Olympic gold medal winner Felix Diaz feels "ready" for what he defined as a "war of fists" for this coming Saturday night against unbeaten Terence Crawford, the current world champion at super lightweight. Diaz, a gold medalist at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, will have the opportunity, for the first time in his professional career, to become a world champion in the paid ranks.

          diaz is good an accustomed
to fighting undersized against guys at 147. i think diaz
will have his moments and give crawford a tougher fight than postol or gamboa.

            Well that's a shame.
I actually expected Diaz to use his talent and skill against Crawford, use his footwork, his angles, his head movement and body work.
He is on a reach, height and maybe even weight disadvantage so he should use his pedigree and forget about a war, because if Crawford decided to just neglect the war he needs a plan B.

This could be good or a real stinker based on the styles.

Diaz is undefeated if you ask me. Looking forward to this fight. Not enough hype behind it.

                  Looking forward to this one!!!
Is Crawford going to try to potshot his way to victory or is he going to stand his ground to show who is boss?
One thing is certain he is going to have his hands full with Diaz.
