Jacobs is way taller, moves and uses the ring more than Canelo, who's more of a flat footed fighter. Triangle theories don't work in boxing, just ask Juan Manuel Marquez. C'mon bro, Jabobs and Canelo's styles are not one in the same and how Jabobs fought certainly doesn't mean it will translate the same results.

Even If he really was Puerto Rican could you blame him for thinking that guy wins?
Canelo isn't exactly a great defensive fighter, nor is he ring savvy which has been exposed before when he fought guys who wouldn't fight his fight.

What's more surprising is your very deceiving username.

And he's one of the best body punchers in the game right now. Which is where I think he has his best chance against GGG.
Canela has never faced an animal like GGG before, his best victory was against a prime Austin Trout. Every other win was against an inactive or washed up fighter (kirkland, cotto, khan, chavez jr.). Nobody he fought lately can compare to the style and aggressiveness of G.. on the other hand Triple G has faced big punchers like David Lemieux and Danny Jacobs, so he is ready for the speed and power that Canelo brings to the table

I'm not saying Jacobs and Canelo have the same style. I'm saying Golovkin's pressure can be neutralized because we just saw it happen. I don't know how Canelo can do it but no one thought Jacobs could do it either.

When has faggglignagi ever had anything good to say about canelo besides backhanded hating azz statements? This clown is so jealous of mexican boxers it's pathetic.

Canelo is a thinking fighter GGG pressure won't allow him to think it'll force him to react staying in his face forcing him to throw punches and burn up energy.Canelo don't have the foot speed and side to side movement to frustrate Golovkin using that style he need to stand his ground fight at distance behind the jab fast combinations use his upper body movement to slip and counter Golovkin attack and work the body.

And Paulie is assuming Golovkin is just going to pressure willy-nilly? Golovkin is going to have his own problems getting countered with hard shots. It's not as simple as Paulie puts it. Maybe there was mental panic with him because he had pillow fists and couldn't keep anyone off of him, but to assume that everyone punches like a girl is ridiculous. I don't even think Golovkin will pressure in this fight. Golovkin will have to box off the jab like he did against Lemieux. If he comes forward he's only going to give Canelo a huge advantage.

Aggressiveness can be your worst enemy if your fighting a smart, good counter puncher
