Been happening all over the world for small shows for as long as I can remember, a lot of times a fighter would be give an amount of money and a hand full of tickets as his purse.

Hes one of the biggest ticket sellers in the UK, baffling, Leeds fans love their 12 round decisions. Think Hearn got shot because he doesnt believe in himself, he'll always sell out Leeds but thats his limit, tried to build the title fight and he didnt want it.

Do you want to move up in rounds?
Do you have "drawing power"?


Every promoter wants a fighter he can rely on to be in shape, show up, and if he can hustle ringside seats, he's a dream!

Been like that FOREVER even main event fighters take a block of seats to move. It's part of the business.

Nothing unusual about a guy still on the come up selling tickets. Happens all over the globe I'd imagine & for sure happens in the US. Matter of fact at lower levels I've heard of cats only being guaranteed a fight on a card if they sold x number of tickets.

If he's still selling tickets when he's fighting for a legit belt that might be a lil weird, but sh^t if he just digs it &/or makes money doing it fair play then too.

Some boxers could be doing better by themselves by legit going out & meeting new people & selling them tickets lol.

You have to admire him. He doesn't have to do it but it's worked a treat. He now has a massive following in Leeds that's similar to the old Hatton MEN shows.

lots of fighters like him at British level who shift a lot of tickets it gets them on good shows.

Frank Buglioni is another one who shifts tickets.
