Nope. These Ukrainians go out there blast away top contenders after 10 fights. Time to step up.

Because the WBO is full of ****. Remember they mysteriously dropped Trout from the rankings and Liam Smith got the title? Smith finessed the WBO rules by fighting that 4 rounder in Spain so he could come in with a win against Williams and the WBO would sanction it as an eliminator. Then he missed weight and their upcoming rematch is still scheduled as a WBO eliminator. The WBO is Whatever Bob Orders and Warren Boxing Organization.

A clear case of a man vs a boy. Lubin should wait a little longer and not rush it. He should at least fight something of a real top contender first. He's had a path of least resistance and that could hurt him more than help him

Lubin is the goods, but he should fight a decent name before fighting Charlo, like a former champ who's still got some gas left in the tank, maybe Ishe Smith? Even if they fight now, I would pick Lubin by decision, but it would be beneficial for him to get that big fight experience under his belt before stepping up.

With that said, Charlo will get the PERFECT sparring for this fight with The Truth, Lubin is the same height as Spence, southpaw, good body puncher and likes to rip on the inside, you couldn't hand pick a better opponent to get you ready for Lubin.
