Fans have been calling for the fight since the fall of 2015. Last Saturday night from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, the contest was finally announced as a deal done. WTF? We agreed to fight for the world title at the middleweight limit, using the usual gloves, and we were arguing who comes out first? Sounds as if Golovkin gave away his house to get Canelo in the ring? After months of talking rubbish Oscar says all they needed to do was to sit down and talk? And who would not sit down and talk before?

It's amazing how Oscar manages to blurt out illogical garbage whether he talks before or after the deal... I just hope the fight delivers and makes us forget all of this...
