Watching the Canelo vs Golovkin poster... it seems unreal

Lol I think that Mexico thing might be a TV station but of course it's not a real poster.
This fight is not a unification AND since when do posters say Coming Soon?

You think they darkened Golovkin's face in that poster to push a sort of "Mexican vs Mexican" angle, to sell more fights?
They're gonna run with this shyt. Casuals gonna be like, "what kinda mexican name is 'golovkin'?" Oscar will say, "It has Spanish roots."

Lol I was trying to think of a Spanish name for "Golovkin" but couldn't.
He could say Gennady comes from the name Genaro but I can't think of one for Golovkin.
Im not even excited about this fight tbh. It tells you how much I care about boxing atm.

If I didn't know better, and I was told that one of those two guys on the poster was Mexican... I would have guessed Golovkin.Comment

its amatuer ass graphic designers, they apply the same filters to canelo with teh setting settings and tolerance as they do GGG and dont adjust so thats why it looks like it does. And might not even be the person who made teh poster fault in a way cause I seen that ggg vs canelo imaghe before I believe so I think he just grabbed it off the net added a background and text and called it a day.^....???
I'll just leave that one alone.
I do agree though. When it got announced it felt surreal. Seeing the poster cements it. Though, I wish they didn't make Golovkin's face look so dirty, or use the same generic pic of canelo as every other poster and Tecate ad.
Still, very hyped and the fact that I like both guys makes it even better because I can just enjoy it no matter who wins.Comment
