Why not? AJ is not exactly elusive. I'd pick AJ to win but i'd never write Wilder off against any current heavyweight because of the right hand.

The only HW that i'd be confident beats Wilder with ease would probably be Fury. He's the one guy that could completely nullify Wilder's right hand.

Fury is the one guy not ashamed to run for 12 rounds.

Don't act like Joshua has some great defense. he doesn't. he gets hit flush every fight by a live opponent. did the stanky leg against white and did the swan dive last fight.

I don't think wilders right hand is that much more powerful than wlads. Joshua took wlads right hand flush and recovered. Wilders a better finished though.

I don't think wilders right hand is that much more powerful than wlads. Joshua took wlads right hand flush and recovered. Wilders a better finished though.

People say “If wilder landed that shot” but fail to realise Wilder would struggle to land it because he has amateurish boxing skill and technique. Vlad has the best jab in boxing, and it was his faint jab set up the right hand! AJ didn’t even see it coming.

Wilder doesn’t fight like that.. AJ will see his punches coming. AJ has proved he can take a hellacious shot from one of the hardest hitting guys at HW. Now ask yourself how Wilder would react if he got dropped in like Vlad in round 5 or got hit with the uppercut?

Wilder has never fought anyone with remotely close power to AJ or Vlad.. and he’s been rocked by guys with far less power. Plus there in no doubting his power.. he has a time bomb on his right hand! But the power isn’t proven at world level. It’s easy to KO cab drivers.. but in his first step up fight against Stivern (Who IMO is a bum and he got dropped in his last fight by another bum) Wilder couldn’t KO him.. So if Stivern could take the power I think AJ should be fine.

Regardless, this is gonna be the best HW fight when it happens.
