Canelo has a rematch clause if he loses, G does not if he loses

Just read an article on Boxing
    News
    24

Stating that Canelo and Golden Boy have a rematch clause in the event of a Canelo loss.

If Triple G loses there is not a rematch clause for him.

I'm sure more information will come out in the coming days and weeks on this.

Just wanted to inform you guys of this news.

This is based on information that was given to Lance Pugmire of the L.A. Times. Here's the link of his tweet:

New developments today also stated now that Wembley Stadium in London, England and Staples Center in Los Angeles have joined the sweepstakes to land and host the Golovkin-Canelo fight.

Here's the article from the L.A. Times:

The competition to host the Canelo Alvarez-Gennady Golovkin fight for middleweight supremacy increased Monday, with London’s Wembley Stadium expressing interest while potential bids by Staples Center and Azteca Stadium in Mexico were being developed.

I wouldnt support a quitter, or a never-was. His father? Sure, 1 of the best ever! But not this kid.

Yeah, the front runners are T-Mobile in Las Vegas, AT&T Stadium in Texas, Madison Square Garden in N.Y.

And joining the mix now Wembley Stadium and Staples Center.

There's talk that Azteca Stadium in Mexico is about to join in on the fun too.

Right now I'm thinking that it's either going to be AT&T Stadium in Texas or T-Mobile Arena in Vegas.

But just goes to show that the world wants in on this fight.

I know the gate is going to be off the charts. For PPV.
I'm predicting at least 1.5 million PPV buys for this fight, it may be close to 2 million. But we'll see. I hope this Saturday's stinker didn't discourage people too much from buying PPV in the future, particularly for this fight.
