"these fighters in the gym everyday they train everyday but these fighters still can't beat me. Gimme 6 weeks and I beat'em"

Canelo's body looked over trained too me against Chavez. I worry he is not giving his body enough of a break for GGG fight. He's young though. Probably be fine.

Mayweather is NEVER out of shape. He trains constantly. His baseline is most fighters peak. He pushes it another level in those six weeks.

uh, nah..... now is the perfect time to call people out on their fanboy rubbish

we will " forget about all that stuff " after the fight

this is the fun part, the..... "**** just got real" part

I think a lot of Golovkin fans actually thought this would never happen..... now, **** just got real for them
I think alot of Canelos fans didn't think the fight was not going to happen because GGG the B side wouldnt take a flat pay. Im still favoring GGG, but what I like the most is that we get to see the best vs best. I never care who wins a long as I get to see who is the baddest man in boxing is and that it's an entertaining fight.

Glad to hear Canelo is back to work soon, like Floyd Mayweather used to say "Hard work and dedication, when you got the work ethic you do great things.

The biggest fighters today are known for being hard workers, Spence Jr, GGG, Canelo, Joshua, they might not be the more skilled ones but that hard work pays off.

I think this is a smart move....Canelo is young.....

Canelo can start training after a two week rest because of age and basically this was a sparring session not a fight. Canelo only needs to jog and shadow boxing to stay sharp and maintain weight. No need to train everyday at this point just running and shadow boxing is sufficient this early. I also would recommend to Reynoso to have Canelo spar with Jacobs or Charlo for this fight to get used to going against a great jab because GGG has one that he'll have to deal with it.

nah, is mainly for conditioning, just to make sure he stays in shape, they still have to do a lot of promotion for the fight, you will see them in different cities and shows for atleast 2 or 3 weeks, and then after that they can start the real training camp which will include sparring... but still a while for that...
