I know Bellew will probably be a favorite (if not a large one in the UK) I just don't understand what that's based on ? beating Makabu or Haye who hadn't been in a competitive fight for 5 years, Haye was Parker's mandatory and chose to fight Bellew instead. Parker looked like **** on the weekend and what that was down to is doesn't really matter as he underperformed, I can't see any other result than a win for Parker. (I'm not in the UK so I don't have to listen to the over the top hype of Bellew) He has certainly overachieved and all credit and respect to him for doing so, but he is going to be fighting a strong, fast legitimate heavyweight, not the top heavyweight in the game but still too good for TB

There is blood in the water here, the fighters can make the case that the promoters breached their fiduciary responsibility, and have the contract declared void.

If I am parker, I am on the first plane to Las Vegas, I buy an apartment, and I work with Arum, Arum already has him under contract, and milk the heavyweight title for a year or so before cashing in on a big fight.

Not to mention Arum was a lawyer, and his team of lawyers are gangbusters, Parker will have capable legal cover.
My understanding was that Arum established a relationship with Juco. I'm not so sure that means he has any rights to the fighters. Maybe he does. If so, we might as well expect the belt to disappear into oblivion lol Top Rank is known for circulating the WBO belt amongst it's fighters.

I still think every HW should be looking to the UK to make good money.

I did not buy that PPV, and I agree with you..... but, at least Parker is a champion..... they charge $40 PPV to watch Sonny-Bill Williams fight a (literal) fork-lift driver

Parker will now stop fighting in NZ. What everyone needs to take into account is he felt a strong loyalty to the local fans who supported him from the start, hence having his last 2 fights here. Everybody knew Parker could make better money outside of NZ and even without Duco imploding, the Fury fight was to be the last in NZ for the foreseeable future anyway.

I want you to bet that if Canelo wins you'll delete your account on here forever without creating a new one or that you'll meet me somewhere so you and I can deal with this issue we got. And the loser has to delete their account forever!
                Will you take that bet?
