Hope Hearn has a back up opponent. Booking a Fury for a fight is a huge risk

That will be huge. Wonder if Fury will cooperate in getting the fight made quickly, or if he will drag the arse out of it.

Yeah man, that's why I don't wanna hear about dates being set. See a couple of good performances from Fury first then talk about a fight. Not book a stadium for it, and Fury puts in 2 trash performances between now and then

Fury needs to train for stamina. No point in having a shoot out with AJ, he'll lose. Train to fight for 12 rounds and then take AJ to school.

Fury has gotten a very easy ride for his inactivity. Easier than just about any fighter I can remember. If he comes back and gets a good win in the next six months he'll have a big following behind him again.

The build-up would be odd. Joshua is an airbrushed advertising product and Fury is eccentric even by boxing's standards. Sky would really struggle to control the promotional events.

Imagine the polished, sponsored, heavily produced and high profile events they would be putting on for this. And then Fury would run in dressed like Spiderman and shoot a web at Hearn or some shit. It would be mental.

Maybe when he stops fighting bum mandatories?

                    It would be funny though.

We just saw a cautionary tale just 2 days ago on what happens when you match a professional boxer with a life time slacker. Why are we even entertaining this fight?
