Canelo will probably decision Golovkin 8-4 or 10-2. Canelo's speed, accuracy, coordination, punch selection and combinations will easily get a decision over Golovkin unless he gets a lucky shot.

Let me address this though... even if Canelo doesn't possess one punch knockout power it doesn't mean ****. Curtis Stevens and Kell Brook both hurt golovkin (Stevens with a left hand and that uppercut by Brook) and those guys don't come near the punching power of Canelo. If those two can hurt Golovkin then obviously Canelo will. Jacobs showed us Golovkin can be out boxed and if Jacobs didn't get knocked down I had him winning the fight. If Jacobs had more courage he would have taken the fight to Golovkin and fought him and won instead of being scared. Golovkin is slow, he can only cut off the ring he doesn't use lateral movement or foot movement he is flat footed.

September 16, another bum will be exposed.

Loma by Salido a guy who was brought there to be a punching bag
Kovalev, the guy who knocked out 26 bums and was schooled by Ward
    Golovkin by Canelo

I think hate is making people think GGG is some huge favorite to win. This is clearly a 50-50 fight like I have said for some time. I can see scenarios where each could win. I am certain it will be somewhere between a tactical war and an all out war.

Another bum??? Damn you are one ****** *** if you think Loma, GGG, and Kovalev are bums. They are in the top 1% in the world at what they do for a living which means if you are not in the top 1% at what you do for a living, that makes you worse than a bum. Cong**** on your self-owned statement.

It will be a different story when a middle weight will be throwing punches back. Canelo has no real power. He knocks out welterweights...

He just go his fans back that left him aftet vacating the belt. He pretty much fought a moving punching back, Chavez didn't really punch much. Props to both GGG and Canelo for taking the fight. Maybe their were just letting it marinate and making GGG more known to the Mexicans with post interviews. Good thing it didnt take 5 years.

Let the best man win. As long it's good fight.

Definitely a 50-50 fight. I'm hyped for the fight to finally happen.

Golovkin would have toyed with and then bashed out Jr in 2-3 rounds and then been ridiculed for fighting garbage. All these little guy fights are a bore anyway.

Have to disagree friend. Canelo is probably even with Brook, but less than Stevens RE power.

I would say it's 60/40 to Golovkin, as Canelo and his team have apparently waited until Golovkin got old (judging from his last 2 fights against Jacobs & Brook). I still think that Canelo will have trouble with GGG's jab and he won't be able to bully him as he's strong as a mule, but he's 26 and GGG's 35, so it will be a good fight.

A year from now, Canelo would have to be the favorite.
