RNS secured the HBO date, RNS signed the site fee with MGM Resorts, RNS set the press conferenes/media tour, RNS negotiated out the terms on the international TV, RNS is presenting the fight the way they want it presented.

Why would RNS ever decide to have Kathy Duva take the helm for the HBO promotional material?

Main event and k.duva are really unprofessional, the way they carry themselves just smacks of little promotional outfit mentality.
