Random question: Is there any other sport that you need to bump up your cable bill each month + buy a PPV a few times a year (or illegally stream those things lol) besides Boxing & MMA to be a follow the sport at the highest level consistently?

My budget is looking pretty good! No PPV's thus far however I do plan to buy Ward v Kov II and Canelo V GGG if it actually takes place. I spent a little money (less than $100.00) attending a few amateur events in my area. That's it as of right now.....

... you can do that with Showtime, though. Just need the app.

$12 a month for the Showtime app, $20 to catch the HBO PPVs that I feel like watching at my sports bar spot (did that for Golovkin-Jacobs, place was sold out for Alvarez-ChavezJr, and plan to do so for Ward-Kovalev II and possibly Alvarez-Golovkin) [+drinks], can watch regular HBO for the cost of drinks at the same sports spot, and have cable for the rest of the fights (though I'd still have cable even without boxing).

$200 plus the cost of drinks, and I've got boxing pretty much covered for the year.

Went to Lemieux- Stevens and chipped in $10 for GGG-Jacobs.. The only PPV I will pay for is GGG-Canelo. I bought Ward-Kovalev last year. It has to end, all the mismatches for $70 is ridiculous.

Bought the PPV last night for some ****** reason, I think its the only one so far. Ill be prepared to spend $500-600 for Golovkin vs Canelo if its in Dallas. Im leaning towards streaming Kovalev vs Ward but that may change. Its usually a fight day decision for me.
