I can see this being quite a cagey fight. Golovkin will be aware of canelos powerful counters and canelo will have to be careful when he does throw those counters. I see a close points decision to golovkin. Wether or not he gets the decision is anyone's guess.

You guys are the ones saying jacobs is twice the size of canelo. Not me.

Or did you mean jacobs is taller than canelo? Which one is it?

Jacobs is taller with more reach and longer legs than Canelo....

why do longer legs matter? it makes his strides bigger..... more mobil around the ring.

Jacobs also looks leaner. more functional. Canelo looks like a little bodybuilder. too bulky. not ideal. muscles saps stamina and less snap on the punches.

They'r important but not related with power as weight is related. Two guys at the same weight will be able to generate the same power and take the same shots and push each other around.

That's about a 65/35 fight odds %-wise. Which is probably about what the fans & pundits take is I'd guess so not sure how the odds are "cartoonish".

Odds are moving with every detail & bettor perception. Broner can be a -600 favorite over Joe RandomMFer on Friday morning & then by Saturday after he was arrested & was seen looking out of shape 3 weeks before the fight he might be a -300 favorite. That's kinda how it works.
