If that's your argument for dismissing Golovkin's stats, perhaps you should consider that in his last n fights Canelo has fought "far inferior" and "often overmatched" opponents too.

I wouldn't argue that all of Golovkin's opponents have been elite fighters, but he's made 18 consecutive middleweight title defenses while Canelo has been fighting at Caneloweight for reasons you're probably smart enough to figure out.

Canelo demanded 155 because he is an entitled/diva, his team did that to preserve his career..... and they did the exact same thing with 150 when Canelo was campaigning at welter, Reynose has been openly honest about the situation

Chavez look like a deer in the headlights. You could see a look on his face that screamed "I'm a beta". Canelo was the boss in there and dictated the terms inside and outside of the ring. Chavez can't compete because he has smoked too much pot and gobbled down to many in & out burgers during his career. Nacho giving him a high level boxers game plan was never going to work. Jr doesn't have the iq of JMM. He couldn't execute regardless of weight. He felt those uppercuts and went into a shell of his hard charging self. He was not ready to walk through that and disengaged.
