Joe no power kiwi Parker is a fringe boxer with very limited skills. Joey baby is a Chisora or Dillon Whyte type of fighter just average more like a Helinius or Eric Molina. Basically Parker is a BUM.

Heavyweight boxing was better in the past so, the proof of it is very simple. If fighter like Parker can be a world champion, HW boxing is in bad period. 15-20 years ago David Tua, who was more talented and powerful than Parker, could not be world champion.

This guy is NOT beating the SHW , he might be competitive with the smaller HW`s but when he faces the titans he will be dispatched easily , you have to be something special like Iron Mike to take on the titans if you are a smaller heavy.
