Anthony Joshua (19-0, 19 KOs) will return to training on Monday in the wake of his thrilling win over former division ruler Wladimir Klitschko. The British heavyweight put boxing on the front and back pages last weekend as he stopped Klitschko in the eleventh round of a modern-day classic at Wembley Stadium, before a record crowd of 90,000 fans.

Joshua is everything you want in a fighter. He has it all and more. Boxing is in good hands if he is it's standard bearer.

Needs to cut back on lifting and concentrate on cardio.

Wlad rematch is fine but we want Wilder!!!.
Two big puncher who are very aggressive and likely won't see the 7th round!

C'mon Eddie get on the phone with Haymon or vice versa, 2 fight deal and have at it early next year!!

That's what he's doing in his recent warm up vids!

Shadow boxing in water, jogging in water, and working on head movement is essential to cardio improvements!

I think he's looking to drop to 244 pounds but I do believe the added weight helped him take the shots he did from Klitschko!

Nonetheless BOXINGs superstar has arrived and he can only get better!
