Actually not true that heavyweights carry pro boxing and excitement. Welterweights and middleweights have traditionally been the most exciting. Of course there was a golden era of great heavyweights, but this era is not it.

Took them hours to report on the fight. Rafael is a waste. He has no pull at ESPN.

I'm now su****ious of any fighter that is avoiding a wbc title bout [canelo] or simply not calling out/treading lightly for the same [ Joshua for wilder]

WBC mandatory wada testing is going to scare away a lot of ped users. Canelo's beef with th ewbc - i reckon there is more to it than what he's said.

Joshua "only going to fight two fights a year from now on" - would that help cycling off peds easier? Plus he has barely mentioned Wilder. Sure Fury is a bigger fight in the UK than Wilder who is unknown outside of the USA and hardcore fans, but still, Fury aint fighting AJ for at least another year so apart from the Pulev mandatory Wilder is the next best fight.

I agree the wilder fight needs to happen soon

Would be nice to see him fight a worthy contender first though

His career is a joke 37 fights against s**ty competition

He needs a chisora / whyte fight before people take him seriously
