While Roach is known to BS on these types of things, I definitely remember reading an article on here years ago about Pacquiao having to ease up on Linares during their camp because he was beating him up too badly. And I don't remember it being a prime Manny either, maybe around the Rios is fight? Maybe not a "KO", but I wouldn't be surprised if he worked him over in their sparring sessions. I mean didn't he drop Porter with headgear on? And he's a pretty big guy compared to Manny.
