You need to widen your horizons, the fact that these two are or have been universally recognised seems to be lost on you. Chavez beat Irismen, Russians, everybody up to 175. I think he ruined Martinez with one punch, but lost a D. One of two losses. Canelo should move to the UK, he owns them.

I dont give much credit to Canelo saying that he won't blame weight if he loses. Everything with that guy is calculated. It could be just a tactic to stiffle complaints by Chavez's fans if Junior loses. After all they are way more concerns about Junior's weight lose versus Canelo's weight gain.

I wouldn't admit to being wrong yet if I was you. Fighters typically use the excuse AFTER the fight has already taken place. Anything a fighter says before the fight is meaningless.

Lots of fighters say they're fine before the fight and then after they lose they say the opposite.

If CONelo wins its because he was SUPPOSED to and fought a guy who wasnt very good to begin with, period! This is a bs money grab fight, nothing more, nothing less. This does nothing for CONelo's career or for boxing. This is a fight for Mexicanos and Chicanos to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.

I so hate it when people use this kind of depressing "Spanglish Chicano Gangsta" language. I wish NOBODY would ever mix English and Spanish when writing or speaking, on purpose. Even less so, with foul gang-member-like phrases. It gives a bad name to Hispanic people in the US in general, and most specifically to Mexican people, whether citizens, residents, tourists or whatever. And of course it fuels hatred among the Mexican haters such as Trump and his millions of xenophobic followers. Because a small minority of people doing the bad disgusting deeds, always get way more media attention and exposure than the big majority of Mexican people in the US who are hard honest workers or entrepreneurs. The latter ones live in obscurity, and you will never see them using disgusting "Spanglish gangsta" speech. Ever.
