Oddsmakers think otherwise, they have Joshua a big favorite over Deontay Wilder, and rightfully so. He couldnt knock out fat short Stiverne, he knocks out the cabdrivers he faces, but he wont land his windmill punches on a top fighter. Wlad has more one punch power than Wilder anyway and couldnt put AJ away.

Wilder has glass hands. A few more fights and he's finished.

One man out of 38 opponents to this day sees the final bell and you forgot a key factor in that fight : Wilder broke his hand in the 3rd-4th and had surgery on it afterwards, still had Stiverne out on his feet and badly hurt a few times before the bell saved him ; moreover he proved critics wrong in their view that Wilder could not box into a world title by decision. Wrong.

            1. It was a huge right hand from a proven knock out artist. No shame in going down against it.

            2. Going down once in his career is not an indication that he's 'chinny'.

            3. Both times he has been hurt in his career, AJ has recovered and gone on to win the fight.

No-one is saying that Ol' Windmills couldn't knock AJ out. He might. But he's got to land first... and AJ has proven that he can get back up.

I would argue that Wlads right cross has more power than Wilders

I agree AJ wouldnt have got up if Wilder had thrown that right, but Wilder wouldnt have made it through the 5th round that Klit did.

They can both knock each other out but I trust AJ defense more
