  • Comments Thread For: Amir Khan Targets November Return, Hopes For Major Fight

Former world champion Amir Khan (31-4, 19 KOs) is hoping to return to the ring on a date in November. Khan, only 30-years-old, last fought in May 2016 when he moved up to a catch-weight of 155-pounds and was knocked out in six rounds by then WBC middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Khan needs to stop all this major fight nonsense. He needs to stop waiting on Mayweather or Pacquiao to bring big checks and start to do what he used to do and that is fight 2-3 times a year against good opposition. The guy has gone from one of the sports brightest stars to a man known more for his marital problems than his in ring exploits in a span of barely 3 years.

Who the hell is advising this guy?

Him and rosado should fight. They are both garbage fighters that think they got something left.

Amir, I'm afraid you've got ZERO knockouts left in you! Stay away from punchers please!

I think he's waiting on the outcome of Brook-Spence.

I can't see him wanting to go after Thurman; hence why he was hoping for a Garcia win.

Khan vs Thurman PBC National Television
              Khan has asked for it
Thurman: He gets a nationally televised KO, more fans, good ratings for PBC
Both are Haymon fighters so its in-house money. Its a win/win/win

It's the best he can do since he chickened out from Pacquiao and the Brook fight.
Tbf If he can avenge that loss it wouldn't be so bad, but he needs to pull his act together and stop making excuses, being a ******s doesn't prevent you from being active and if it does then why even follow that religion.

He should take a tune up fight first like he originally said , but hey at least he will have another excuse when he loses.
