AJ getting hit with right hands like that only confirms the weaknesss he has. Eddie Hearn must know because he's putting in all the moves to postpone Wilder/AJ into 2018/2019. AJ almost pulled an Izu Ugonoh in there and fanboys still want to pretend he's some type of unbeatable god. Wilder's signature punch is a straight right hand down the pipe and AJ is open for it. If somehow AJ got up, he'd get windmilled the **** out of there, you can complain about how technical it looks after it happens and AJ is knocked out.

AJ showed heart in getting off the canvas. Klitchko showed his age in the fight. AJ has his weaknesses. Chin being a prime example. Defense being another. Can Wilder take advantage of those weaknesses. Sure he could. The fight would bring the best out of both of them. The bottom line is there is not a big enough gap in total talent and skill between these two to assume either dominates the other.

Like I said yesterday, props to AJ for getting up and stopping Wlad. However, Wlad is comng off a loss and an 18 month layoff. If Thurman was to get off the floor and stop Mayweather in the 11th, would we be surprised? If Errol Spence Jr. KOs Pacquiao, would we be surprised? Good show, but it is what it is!

Wilder's right hand not only may not be stronger, but we know for a fact it isn't as accurate or well timed. Who the **** has Wilder knocked out in comparison to Wlad?

I'm seeing way too many "Wilder can do it because Wlad did" type comments. They are not in the same league from a technical standpoint.
WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder nearly doubled the division average for landed jabs per round, while landing 57.2% of his power shots- 16% higher than the division average.

Lol, the Joshua hate is real in this forum. Personally I didn't see any frailties as far as Joshua's chin. He has a very solid chin under him.

The issue with Joshua is, without a shadow of doubt, his stamina issues. If Wilder landed that right instead of Klitschko, Joshua would have still got up the same way he did. However, if he had been gassed like he was for all those rounds against Wilder, heck for even a quarter of a round, Joshua would not have even come close to making it out of the round. Wilder is like a wolf, don't let him smell that blood or it's over. Guy will trap you in one of his windmill storms as soon as your leg wobbles even slightly.

Agree with most of this. I'd say Joshua chin is decent maybe a 7/10.

His stamina is dreadful though. It seems to empty when he hurt though. For example if you watch the Whyte fight he had plenty of energy, got clipped and then looked like feet were in concrete.

This needs to be addressed before he fights one of the top guys again imo.

Wilder will KO Joshua with a right hand bomb that explodes.

Wilder Ko's Joshua with a huge right hand by the sixth round. Joshua will be sleeping out cold sniffing canvas full stretched out mid ring. As all England weeps and the Queen rots away. America will defeat the Brits again using Wilder and his right hand. It will be another American revolution and a stunning KO sending the Brits into hiding again.

I don't agree. Joshua was KD in round six by Klitschko, but ran out of gas in round five already after he Jumped on Klitschko on knocked him down. His stamina issue, at least in this fight, had nothing to do with being clipped. The guy punched himself out, the sequence of events clearly portrays that.

This is one of the dumbest argument made in boxing and people continue to do it. If Wilder landed the same punch who is to say Joshua won't react better than he did against Klitschko. Maybe he won't be a fatigued and bounce right back.

I can't think of one fight where the "if fighter A landed the same punch as fighter B" the result was more devastating.

I mean with the recent trip to the canvas I think Joshua has sufferred multiple concussions in such a short period and hes only in his 18th pro-fight!!! and Dylan Whyte already whooped him and shatter his jaw in the pros...wow! and they say Deontay has terrible defense...This kid A.J better think of retiring early so he will be in enough decent health to enjoy his money.

Stay away from a real killer like Deontay of course I dont need to lay it out there for Eddie Hearn, the man has been keeping him away from the 'Bronze-Bomber' since he was about due his shot at the WBC back in 2015! just think about...if they faced Wilder in a mando back then they would of never sold out Wembley and be where they are at now - Good move Eddie.
in 2015 ??? yea right - when AJ had 15 fights and Bum-Squad had 35...that makes alot of sense!!!
