He's even been trying to get the Parker fight. Called him out as soon as his last opponent pulled out and even before then. I'm not big on Wilder but he seems like he wants those fights, the other champs seem as if they would rather fight each other then step in the ring with Wilder

But that's the thing, he'll say the right things and then sign up to fight someone like Warzwyk or whatever that guys name was..... all he does is talk but his actions and opponent selection up until this point have generally left entirely too much to be desired.

Im really past caring about anything DW has to say he switches who he wants to fight that often.

In the last week alone its been Parker, then Bellew and now AJ. I block his incessant noise out and seek solace in the fact that whomever he goes up against at some point he'll get absolutely exposed by anyone with even an ounce of technical ability and an able defense.

For my own pleasure, it'd be preferable if he got chinned by someone in his own orgs top 5 who didnt give him a ****ing huge payday.

Let him carry on at showtime with his bad ratings, absolutely null PPV drawing power and small purses in comparison to others and fight a free to watch and get resoundingly boxed to dust.

              inb4 I'm racist

That's because the other guys don't want to fight him. I don't know what it is but the other champs couldn't care less about unifying with him it seems. The Warzwyk fight was coming off an injury so while I thought it was a garbage choice I wasn't that mad with it. I blame Wilder for all of his opponent selection but I'm still not gonna act like the other champs have been active or even trying to get in the ring with him. Heck, Joshua just called out a fat Fury who hasn't fought in going on 2 years soon instead of mentioning Wilder.

When has he had an opportunity to fight the top names? He didn't have an opportunity to fight Wlad, he was tied up with Fury. Parker was chasing and got that WBO belt. It came out in court that Golden Boy wouldn't let Ortiz fight Wilder. Last year Hearn said the Wilder fight was 18 months away and after Saturday he's still saying the fight needs to be built. And Povetkin wasted a year of Wilder's time with delays and ultimately the failed drug test. He just called out Parker and no response from his team. Parker is with Arum, he's not about to let him fight Wilder. He'll be fighting Andy Ruiz again.

His resume isn't great but let's not act like he's turned down fights against the best out there.

His resume is steamy garbage for someone who has being a pro for 8 years with nearly 40 fights. Wilder could have fought Wlad before he lost to Fury if he really wanted to but as I recall his team said he wasn't ready. As far as Ortiz goes, Wilder basically said he wouldn't fight him because he failed a test in the past... the article was here on BS so its not like if Golden Boy stepped aside that Wilder would fight him.

Wilder has not blatantly turned down any big names but the fact is he hasn't fought them either, there's always an excuse for this man when he lines up the next subpar opponent.

This year we'll find out what he's really about, if anyone is turning him down then come out and say it in the interviews.... lets see who doesn't want to fight. I agree it was weird and disappointing for AJ not to call him out, Fury is a long way away from getting back into contention.

The great thing about the heavyweight division is nobody looks like they're clearly the best, I think Luis Ortiz has that image of him where he looks like a guy who can hold himself well in a fight without looking absolutely chinny like Anthony looked, then we have Wilder who has been outboxed several times before finding that one punch, Fury who was knocked down hard by guys way smaller than him.

I definitely want to see Luis Ortiz Vs. Parker/AJ/Wilder, I think he has earned a shot at one of them.
