Before that he literally was fighting guy's that were there for paydays and not there to fight back, the one guy who did fight back (whyte) rocked him and he's not even euro level.

Parker has had the best learning path.

When AJ was 24/25 he was fighting Matt Legg.
When DW was 25 he was fighting TY Cobb
When JP was 23 he was fighting a top 10/15 killer in Takam...

Joshua didn't go life and death with Andy Ruiz and Carlos Takam though. All of the Tupou's, Haumono's and Cojanu's in the world won't prepare you for Joshua

Ruiz isnt even top 10 level if you know boxing . Hes short and his body type makes him immobile . He also has overatted power ,hes just experienced witnh speed and knows enough to hang in there with decent defense . This is Parkers best win ,there not even comparable resumes .
