If i had to rank id probably put him at like 3 or 4. Still behind guys like lewis and Ali. If he were to accept a rematch with AJ beat him and then beat wilder ,parker or fury in a rematch i might put him ahead of lennox. Lennox is kind of undderrated you can argue hes the best heavy of all time.

          This.

This GOAT stuff or Top Ten ATG stuff is goofy to me. Klitschko was the best HW around for a long a$$ time. I never found him to be the most fun HW to watch, but you can't sh^t on winning & he won for a long time over the best guys in his division which as Ippo said is all anyone can do.

Everything else is a bunch of boxing nerds trying to **** measure a bunch of cats from different eras like their opinion means anything at all to anyone besides themselves & is rarely even a well informed opinion as most cats haven't even seen many fights of top guys from past eras.

Wlad is a legend and personally I have him in my top 5 based on accomplishment and probably my top ten in h2h matchups. Wlad proved he can fight in the trenches with a stronger and much younger world beater at 41 and that says a lot. When Ali and Joe Louis were against this kind of fight past the age of 35 they got annihilated.
