I had Joshua up 2 after 10, but looking back I should have made the 5th a 10-9 rd, which would've meant a 1 point lead for Joshua

I had it 95-93 going into the 11th. I scored round 5 even 9-9 as Wlad came back to win it after the knockdown.

The only rounds Klitschko won are 6, 7, and 8, the rounds in which Joshua was gassed. Really need to see the punch stats on this one coz I can't believe the ******ity I'm reading.

Rounds 3 or 4 could be argued for either fighter, same for round 9. Round 5 I thought was a clear even split at 9-9 since Wlad came back to win it toward the end. Rounds 6, 7, 8, and 10 were solid Wlad. I think most people scored it that way, or atleast like 80% of analysts that I saw.
No, thats not how it works. Wlad automatically loses a point for the knockdown, therefore the best he can get is 9 points, if you thought he came back to win the round then Joshua loses a point and Joshua gets 9 as well. Making the round 9-9.

The 10 point system applies yes, but the 10 points can change if there is a foul or knockdown.Last edited by JimRaynor; 05-02-2017, 09:43 PM.

The most widely used scoring system since the mid-twentieth century is the "10-point must system", so named because a judge "must" award ten points to at least one fighter each round (before deductions for fouls). Most rounds are scored 10-9, with 10 points for the fighter who won the round, and 9 points for the fighter the judge believes lost the round. If a round is judged to be even, it is scored 10-10. For each knockdown in a round, the judge deducts an additional point from the fighter knocked down, resulting in a 10-8 score if there is one knockdown or a 10-7 score if there are two knockdowns. If the referee instructs the judges to deduct a point for a foul, this deduction is applied after the preliminary computation. So, if a fighter wins a round, but is penalized for a foul, the score changes from 10-9 to 9-9. If that same fighter scored a knockdown in the round, the score would change from 10-8 in his favor to 9-8.
