AJ needs to chill on the weight lifting. He is too heavy, and too muscle bound. And its gonna get him beaten.

I don't know who encourages him but the fact that they can't see it is shocking. He almost looks and talk like a robot. Wlad is the epitome of how a HW should look in the ring, last night he was dancing, punching and showing us what HW should look like, from his legs up to his upper body etc Joshua on the other hand was walking around like a mummy trying to suck up some air.

If he can ditch that dumb bell and do some yoga or something, then he might be able to change is body, this is why I still think Wilder beats Joshua.
