Anthony Joshua was crowed the king of the heavyweight division Saturday live on SHOWTIME as he unified the division with an 11th round TKO of long-reigning champion Wladimir Klitschko before a record 90,000 fans at London's Wembley Stadium. Joshua, who remains a perfect 19-0 with 19 knockouts, overcame the first knockdown of his career to successfully defend his IBF belt and pick up the vacant WBA, IBO titles.

Sorry, but you don't have a great chin, and you finally fought someone your size who could punch that you couldn't lean on for the first time in your career.

    It was to be expected.

Classy in defeat, he'll know he should have stopped him in the 6th.

And I think a rematch will happen, will be an even bigger fight than tonight. I'd prefer WK went for Parker but the money will be too big to turn down for the rematch.

Watching Joshua fall to the canvas for the first time was like watching the death star destroy the planet alderaan in the movie Star Wars. It was beyond Epic!!

If only Wladmir had gone in for the kill earlier instead of taking his time.

Oh well it was a great fight and a great victory for boxing.

Wlad's movement for a dude who is 41 and weighs 240 pounds is ****ing unreal.. People who complain about the stoppage need to know Wlad was down twice in that same round and on the ropes taking unnecessary punishment. Good job by the ref with the whole Groves vs Gutknecht incident we don't need to take any more risks.

Something tells me Wlad 5 years ago against this Joshua - would have won - but I can't say that for sure because Joshua has shown tremendous heart. He's been hurt but recovers extremely well - It'll be exciting to see if Joshua has that "Rocky" factor.

Fury is like 300 lbs now and I'm not sure his heart in boxing anymore. I think Joshua should just stay active and not try to wait for fights against Fury and Wilder, both have a history of having issues making fights happen.
