If the guy who got stopped didn't complain that means he's ok with the stoppage. A dude sitting on his couch eating Cheetos and drinking mountain dew ain't about to tell me he knows better than the dude sitting there getting in the face. I thought it was early myself until I saw of how Wlad reacted. He didn't complain so I ain't complaining. End of story
That was a good stoppage.

It was the right call.
Wlad was badly hurt, down twice and the ref gave him extra time to recover both times with the glove wiping nonsense. He was pinned and just covering up. -

The two main points are:
1) Wlad didn't complain
and
2) It wouldn't have changed the outcome of the fight.
That said, given the recuperative powers both had shown earlier in the fight, I wouldn't have been opposed to the ref letting it go a little longer to give Wlad a chance to make it to the end of the round and maybe see the final bell of the fight - just for the sake of pride if nothing else.Comment

No it doesn't. It means he made a good business decision. Sour g****s doesn't play well with the audience. Bad stoppage. Shots were blocked. Take your fanboy tendencies elsewhere. I fought in the Am's with a winning record and had champions in my gym. I'm not some guy eating cheetos on my couch.Comment
