So is Floyd Mayweather, but that's totally irrelevant. No one would suggest Floyd come back and fight Terence Crawford or Errol Spence just because he "used" to be the champ. Fury needs at least one test before AJ unless he's just interested in a money-grab before retiring again!
Floyd is retired, what's with the attempted false equivalency?Comment

Wilder has fought no one. He was ko'ing d/c level fighters in a round, as soon as he stepped up to fight b level fighters he gets the win but it not overly convincing, Duhaupas, Szpilka and Molina all troubled him.
If he does fight Parker, he might win but can see him going life and death.
If Fury can get his act together, him and Joshua is the biggest fight out there, but unfortunately thats a big if
In fact i would prefer Wilder vs Wlad before, see how he deals with him, if he goes onto fight JoshuaComment

I would consider Fury "retired" too. So-called injuries, PED/drug scandals, mental health issues, etc., the guy was a mess! If you're a fan, you wouldn't want him jumping back in so quickly. Let him fight "Big Baby" Miller or give Wlad his rematch before throwing him in there with AJ!Comment

Wilder KO's Joshua in the USA but loses in the UK by KO
Wilder at home in the USA would beat Joshua probably by KO. But Joshua at home in the UK beats Wilder by KO. Home field is a huge advantage to a boxer. Wilder's right hand is scary. Let Wlad and Joe PaRKER HAVE AT IT.Comment

Isn't this the same Wilder who was hurt to the body when he fought Zelenoff? Joshua will blow and Wilder will fall down. Only Heavyweight, whom I've ever seen get KO'd cold with head gear on.Last edited by MisanthropicNY; 04-30-2017, 03:08 PM.Comment

That right isn't effective against anyone who isn't slow and unskilled enough to sit there and wait for that long wind up. By the time Wilder tried to wind up that right hand, he'd be hit with a four-piece from Joshua...Comment

This isn't the NFL - go back to ESPN.com or go comment on a First Take YouTube video or something... get lost...Comment

Not sure if that'll work though; outside of Floyd being in the main event (in a meaningful fight), I can't think of a single matchup that could closeout an event that featured a fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world.Comment
