haha man i thought he is better than brian custer... The mexican dude is more lively and brings more energy to the telecast.... Thats how the london commentary is and also mexican tv commentators are also faster paced.... Brian custer sucks and the mexican guy should replace him...

I dont see any problem with BC. He's pretty, middle of the road, non-controversial, so never really saw a problem with him as an announcer........

HE IS PRETTY GOOD BUT HE IS KIND OF SLOW.... I THINK THE NEW GENERATION APPRECIATES A FASTER PACED COMMENTARY... THE BRITISH AND MEXICAN BROADCASTS SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE MORE EXCITING..... THEY ANNOUNCE WITH PASSION A LOT MORE THAN GUYS LIKE CUSTER.... However custer is very professional like you said which tv networks prefer....

To each his own, I guess. To me, Ray Flores was overdoing his Howie Cossel routine, and overpronouncing words. If he was a film actor, that would be called overacting or mugging for the camera LOL. I guess Im used to the more, relaxing style of broadcasting. Sort of "sit on your porch and listen to the radio while u crack open Some Cold One's and enjoy The Sunset" kinda broadcasting, instead of someone on too much caffeine yelling at me, but thats just me, LOL.
