    Wlad Was Shot

After Fury beat, sorry Schooled Wlad, many of you said Wlad was shot, he should retire etc...

So why should we give credit to Jousha going life and limb with Wlad?

I thought Wlad was shot guys?

Fury put on such a masterclass performance, he made Wlad look shot....

Jousha struggled with a 42 year old, inactive, mentality broken Wlad....

but most of you gave no credit to Fury...why should Jousha get any credit? he was suppose to walk over Wlad in 6 rounds

Fury's stock rises heavily tonight without fighting imo

For what it's worth, I think a wlad with more stamina about 6 years younger wins

Wlad put together as fine of a performance as any 41 year old could've mustered. He showed heart, and was winning the fight in my book until the stoppage.

Wlad is way past his best but he's still among the top heavyweights in the world. Joshua deserves a lot of credit for his win and so does Fury.

And you picked him to win the fight so stop the excuses and eat your crow.

I agree. Mid 30's Wlad steam rolls this version of AJ. But we also have to say Joshua has only 18 fights before this one so he should be getting better too.

Joshua definitely got him at the right time, there's no getting away from that but he did what he had to do and showed he can dig deep too.

I picked Wlad because i felt he could do what he did in the middle of the fight but credit to Joshua, he got through it and did the job.

                I don't think so.

I never saw mid 30s Wlad dance.

I saw footwork from Wlad that was far from what I' ve seen him do in his entire career.

He was moving like a cat at points. He looked sharp.

Wlad let it slip, he really did.... Joshua was done from rounds 6-8 but with Wlad being cautious and just content to just win those rounds AJ was able to recover. I can't help that think if Manny Steward was still around he would have given Wlad the urgency to finish it.

Wlad has been in decline for years, but he looked no worse than he has in any of his last 4-5 fights. He was sharp.

He looked bad in the Fury fight because it was a bad style for him. Fury stayed out of range, landed jabs and moved. Wlad is too cautious to blitz through incoming shots, even if it's only jabs. It was a terrible fight with both guys landing a very low amount of punches.
