    Klit And His Height Complex

    He's at it again.

Before his fight with Fury, Klit is clearly shorter. Yet, at the weigh-in, they were exactly the same height. It prompted Hughie Fury to scoff and suggest that Klit is wearing padded shoes.

    http://www. boxing news24.com/2015/11/hughie-fury-wladimir-is-padding-his-shoes-to-make-himself-look-taller/

“I guarantee you this is one of Tyson’s easiest fights, mark my words,” Hughie said to IFL TV. “Look, it’s all a mind game with Klitschko. He’s putting stuff in his shoes to make himself look taller. He’s no bigger than right there [the 6’6” Hughie then motions to the middleweight of his own forehead to indicate that Wladimir is no taller than 6’3” or 6’4”]. He’s not as tall as me. It’s all a mind game with him. Tyson is unpredictable and you’re going to see that on Saturday night. It’s not about money with Tyson. It’s all about getting the titles off of him. It’s all about beating Klitschko; a guy that’s been the best for 10 years. Tyson just wants to beat him and prove that he’s the best,” Hughie said.

At the Press Conference for the Joshua fight, they both appear to have the same height. Again, Klit brings his padded shoes at the weigh-in. Just like he picked on bums and short stiffs throughout his career, he still feels the need to look taller to hide his height complex.

If he's only doing it at the weigh-ins, then it's just a psychological thing, to make the opponent doubt himself the night before the fight. Not much different than acting aggressive. Same purpose. Since when is that a complex? If he was always doing it, you'd have a point.

The more interesting thing is AJ's constant headphone wearing. I've always thought he seemed like a nervous guy but seeing that he can't get near Wlad without wearing headphones makes me wonder even more.

Its a complex because he feels he needs to be bigger than his opponent. Just standing there opposite his opponent isn't enough for him. He wants to be taller which is pathetic as he doesn't retain that height in the fight.

He hasn't always needed to do it because he has always been considerably taller than his opponents.

The headphones isn't an issue. If he wore them whilst standing with Klit then I can see your concerns.

People saying Klitschko has the "psychological edge"

Which one was wearing platform shoes, desperate to get an advantage and which one was in his socks not giving a ****.

Dave Allen, a former Klitschko sparring partner, says he is 6'4" tops with no shoes on.

That seems a bit extreme but still.
