He may change his mind when he finds out how little he will be paid for each fight, He would probably have to fight a hundred times to make what he made in his loss to Wlad.

For years now, Haye has just been keeping his name out there. Making appearances, talking about who he "would" fight, but the only fights he's taken were profitable squash matches and the last one backfired on him. Now, he doesn't even have legs and he's going to take up a sport where he's got to grapple, sprawl, take kicks, etc???
      lol, hardly.

This. Lol Haye ain't going to no damn UFC..

He's keeping his name relevant while he recovers from this injury. He doesn't want the last thing people to remember when he comes back is his loss to Bellew.

Maybe, and this is still highly unlikely, he'd do a "one and done" type fight? Nah, not even then. The most UFC would pay him is 500k - one million, and maybe PPV percentage. He could make 500k fighting a tuneup in his first fight back against somebody like Kevin Johnson lol. Hell, he could make 3 million or so against Briggs lol..

Yea I agree with most who've posted. I don't see Haye dipping his toe into the MMA world in any serious manner.

He might attend some UFC fights or something, but I'd be super surprised if he fought anyone let alone Jimi Manuwa who's the guy who wants to fight him. I don't think its easy to transition to MMA with so many other fighting arts to learn quickly. It takes years & a lot of dedication to compete at the UFC level.
